What is happiness? How do we obtain it?
That’s the million dollar question that so many ask and literally some search for there entire lives.
To me, it’s much simpler. Happiness is our depth connection to souls in our lives. These connections I believe can be with friends, family members, fur babies and souls that have passed on.
This theory aligns with the happiness study with Psychiatrist George Valliant, where he searched for
this answer, how do we obtain happiness.
But what does happiness mean to you?
